Pet Trace shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from a failure to properly track a pet due to incorrect information provided by users, including but not limited to inaccurate or outdated microchip serial numbers, or other data entered by the user.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Pet Trace, its parent company Humaka SRL, and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, or licensors, for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the service, shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for using the service during the six-month period immediately preceding the claim.

In no event shall Pet Trace, Humaka SRL, or its employees, affiliates, or contractors be liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to any dispute, including but not limited to, issues regarding data entry, the accuracy of pet tracking, or the misuse of the website by third parties.
